198P Transitional provision for prevention of spread of aquatic noxious species (a) the Secretary has, under section 86, taken action to delay or prevent the spread of noxious aquatic species from the waters in which it is established to other waters; and (b) the Secretary is not satisfied that the action is concluded. (2) On and from the commencement day, section 86 continues to apply as in force immediately before the commencement day until the Secretary is satisfied that the action is concluded.
