198O Transitional provision for recovery of costs of seizure and removal of noxious aquatic species (1) This section applies if, before the commencement day, an authorised officer has reasonably incurred costs or expenses in carrying out measures specified in a notice under section 85(2). (b) section 85(3), as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply in respect of that amount. S. 198P inserted by No. 68/2016 s. 151.
