158A Transitional provision—issue of licences (1) This section applies to any licence issued to a person under this Act to replace a licence held by the person under the **Fisheries Act 1968**. (2) Despite anything to the contrary in this Act or the **Fisheries Act 1968**, the licence continues in force for the period specified on the licence by the Secretary, which must not be a period of more than 1 year.
