153Q Rights and privileges against State extinguished Any right or privilege acquired or accrued against the State of Victoria in respect of a Gippsland Lakes Fishery Access Licence cancelled under this Division is extinguished, despite anything to the contrary in section 14(2) of the **Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984**. S. 153R inserted by No. 35/2019 s. 6.
