153M Definitions for this Division In this Division— ***Gippsland Lakes Fishery Access Licence*** means a licence belonging to the class of access licence of that name prescribed in the regulations made for the purposes of section 38; ***licence holder*** means the holder of a Gippsland Lakes Fishery Access Licence.
