144 Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction (1) It is the intention of this section to alter or vary section 85 of the **Constitution Act 1975** to the extent necessary to prevent the Supreme Court entertaining actions of a kind to which section 143(1) and 143(2) apply. S. 144(2) inserted by No. 67/1996 s. 5(b). (2) It is the intention of sections 153A and 153B to alter or vary section 85 of the **Constitution Act 1975**.
