136 Application for review by VCAT A person who is aggrieved by a reviewable decision within the meaning of section 137 may within 28 days after receiving notice of the decision apply to VCAT for a review of the decision. S. 137 substituted by No. 5/1997 s. 33, amended by No. 68/2016 s. 136.
