131D Determination of applications After considering an application for authority to conduct a controlled operation, and any additional information furnished under section 131C(3), the chief executive officer— (a) may authorise the operation by granting the authority, either unconditionally or subject to conditions; or (b) may refuse the application. S. 131E inserted by No. 16/2004 s. 49, amended by No. 68/2016 s. 119.
