126 Evidence of consignment The statement on oath or by affirmation of an authorised officer that any packaging or label, slip, tag or other document on or in any box, container or package of fish consigned, or displayed, for sale is marked with a means of identifying a person is evidence that that person consigned or displayed those fish for sale. S. 126A inserted by No. 108/2003 s. 16, amended by No. 6/2018 s. 68(Sch. 2 item 56.2).
