120C Writing to be legible, visible and in English (1) This section applies if a person is required under this Act— (a) to record information; or (b) to write or mark details in the form of words on any thing, regardless of how that requirement is expressed. (2) The person must ensure that the record of the information or the writing or mark— (a) is legible and is large enough to be easily read; and (b) in the case of writing or a mark on a thing other than a document, is readily visible to a person handling the thing; and (c) is in English.
