111C Offence to possess a commercial quantity of a priority species (1) A person must not possess a commercial quantity of a priority species unless he or she is authorised to do so under this Act. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to a penalty not exceeding level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum).
