### sec.70D Provisions for changeover to personal representative This section applies if, under section 70C , a personal representative (the new holder ) becomes a holder of the authority. The change in the holdership to the new holder is taken to be a circumstance for section 73 (3) . Until the change is recorded in the register, a notice under this Act from the chief executive to the new holder may be given at the deceased individual’s address last known to the chief executive. s 70D ins 2002 No. 49 s 17 amd 2006 No. 28 s 3 sch (sec.70D-ssec.1) This section applies if, under section 70C , a personal representative (the new holder ) becomes a holder of the authority.
