### sec.71 Replacement of authorities
The holder of a lost, damaged or destroyed authority may apply to the chief executive for a replacement authority.
The application must—
be made in the approved form; and
be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
The chief executive may replace the authority if the chief executive is satisfied it has been lost, damaged or destroyed.

(sec.71-ssec.1) The holder of a lost, damaged or destroyed authority may apply to the chief executive for a replacement authority.
(sec.71-ssec.2) The application must— be made in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
(sec.71-ssec.3) The chief executive may replace the authority if the chief executive is satisfied it has been lost, damaged or destroyed.
- (a) be made in the approved form; and
- (b) be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
