### sec.71 Replacement of authorities The holder of a lost, damaged or destroyed authority may apply to the chief executive for a replacement authority. The application must— be made in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation. The chief executive may replace the authority if the chief executive is satisfied it has been lost, damaged or destroyed. s 71 amd 2000 No. 26 s 13 sch 2 ; 2002 No. 49 s 37 sch ; 2019 No. 6 s 3 sch 1 (sec.71-ssec.1) The holder of a lost, damaged or destroyed authority may apply to the chief executive for a replacement authority.
