### sec.70C Continuance of particular authorities
This section applies only if the authority is of a type prescribed by regulation.
If, immediately before the individual’s death, the individual was the only holder of the authority—
the authority continues in force, subject to this Act; and
the individual’s personal representative becomes the holder of the authority.
If, immediately before the death, there was more than 1 holder of the authority—
the individual’s personal representative becomes a holder of the authority; and
the other holders of the authority continue to be holders of the authority, unaffected by the individual’s death.
A personal representative who, under this section, becomes a holder takes the entitlement the individual had under the authority immediately before the death.

(sec.70C-ssec.1) This section applies only if the authority is of a type prescribed by regulation.
(sec.70C-ssec.2) If, immediately before the individual’s death, the individual was the only holder of the authority— the authority continues in force, subject to this Act; and the individual’s personal representative becomes the holder of the authority.

(sec.70C-ssec.4) A personal representative who, under this section, becomes a holder takes the entitlement the individual had under the authority immediately before the death.
- (a) the authority continues in force, subject to this Act; and
- (b) the individual’s personal representative becomes the holder of the authority.
- (a) the individual’s personal representative becomes a holder of the authority; and
- (b) the other holders of the authority continue to be holders of the authority, unaffected by the individual’s death.
