### sec.175 False or misleading information A person must not— state anything to the chief executive or an inspector the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular; or omit from a statement made to the chief executive or an inspector anything without which the statement is, to the person’s knowledge, misleading in a material particular. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
