Fisheries Act 1988 71 (4) An affected person for a reviewable decision may apply to the Tribunal for a review of the decision. Tribunal means the Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Note for section 50A The Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014 sets out the procedure for applying to the Tribunal for review and other relevant matters in relation to reviews.
