45B Court may order payment of costs of storage of things seized (1) If a court finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act, the court may order the person to pay to the Director the reasonable costs of handling, securing, maintaining and storing anything seized under section 33(1) in relation to the offence. (2) An order under this section is in addition to the penalty imposed for the offence and any order for forfeiture under section 46. Fisheries Act 1988 60
