45ACourt may order payment for permit offences

45A Court may order payment for permit offences (1) If a court finds a person guilty of a permit offence, the court may order the person to pay to the Director, a person authorised by the Director or any other person, an amount that the court thinks fit in respect of: (a) action taken under section 33C(1); or (b) any other loss or damage. (2) An order under this section is in addition to the penalty imposed for the permit offence and any order for forfeiture under section 46.
