27 Management plans enforceable as regulations (1) Every provision of a management plan has the force and effect of a regulation in force under this Act. (2) In the event of an inconsistency between a provision of a management plan and the Regulations or a notice given under section 28, the provision of the plan prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. (3) Where a word or phrase used in a management plan or a notice under section 28 is not defined by this Act or the plan but is defined by the Regulations, it has the meaning it has under the Regulations in relation to the management plan or the notice, as the case may be.
