##### 34 Money out of which assistance is payable (1) Subject to subsection (2), assistance payable after the commencement of this section and before 1 July 1985 is payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly. (2) Assistance payable under subsection (1) shall not exceed, in the aggregate, an amount that, together with the total amount of assistance paid on and after 1 July 1984 and before the commencement of this section, is equal to $290,000,000. (3) Assistance payable after 30 June 1985 is payable out of money appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose.
