##### 17C Late provision of tax file numbers (1) If: (a) a requirement is made of an applicant or applicants under paragraph 17B(1)(a); and (b) the requirement is complied with, but not within the 60 days referred to in paragraph 17B(1)(b); section 17B ceases to apply in relation to the payment of any instalments of assistance to the applicant or applicants during or after the month in which the requirement was complied with. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects the application of section 17B in relation to payments of assistance to the applicant or applicants prior to the month in which the requirement was complied with.
