Tasmania regulation
These regulations adjust how the First Home Owner Grant rules apply by naming Homes Tasmania and carving it (and certain other land‑interest holders when a Commissioner recognises a non‑conforming interest) out of a key restriction, and by allowing protected applicant information to be shared with Department officers provided it is unlikely to identify an applicant. They affect first‑home applicants, holders of land interests, the Commissioner and Treasury Department staff by changing who is covered by that restriction and by narrowing what applicant data is withheld.
