#### 51 Personal liability 51 Personal liability > > (1) This section applies to a person who is— > > > > > (a) the Chief Commissioner or an authorised officer, or > > > > > (b) a public servant involved in the administration of this Act, or > > > > > (c) a person to whom the Chief Commissioner has delegated functions under this Act. > > > (2) A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by a person to whom this section applies does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted in good faith for the purpose of administering this Act, subject the person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
