#### 35 Carrying out of authorised investigation 35 Carrying out of authorised investigation > > (1) The Chief Commissioner may carry out an authorised investigation for the purposes of this Act. > > > (2) The Chief Commissioner may, at the request of an authority responsible for administering a corresponding law, carry out an authorised investigation for the purposes of the corresponding law. > > > (3) The Chief Commissioner may delegate powers of investigation under this Division to the authority responsible for the administration of a corresponding law, or a person nominated by that authority.
