#### 34 Authorised investigations 34 Authorised investigations > An authorised investigation is an investigation to determine— > > > (a) whether the following have been properly made— > > > > > (i) an application under this Act or a corresponding law for a first home owner grant, > > > > > (ii) an application under this Act to participate in a shared equity scheme, or > > > (b) whether an objection to a decision made under this Act or a corresponding law should be upheld, or > > > (c) whether an applicant to whom, or for whose benefit, a first home owner grant has been paid under this Act or a corresponding law was eligible for the grant, or > > > (d) whether a condition on which a first home owner grant has been paid under this Act or a corresponding law has been complied with, or > > > (d1) whether a participant in a shared equity scheme is eligible to participate, or > > > (d2) whether a person has complied with a condition for participating in a shared equity scheme, or > > > (e) any other matter reasonably related to the administration of this Act or a corresponding law. > > **s 34:** Am 2022 No 63, Sch 2\[10\] \[11\].
