#### 25A Grounds of objection—shared equity schemes 25A Grounds of objection—shared equity schemes > A person who is an applicant or former applicant for participation in a shared equity scheme who is dissatisfied with any of the following decisions of the Chief Commissioner may make an objection under this Part— > > > (a) a decision on the person’s application, including a decision to vary or reverse an earlier decision made independently of an objection under this Act, > > > (b) a decision to require the person to repay an amount under a shared equity arrangement under a shared equity scheme, > > > (c) a decision to require the person to repay an amount under section 45, > > > (d) a decision to require the person to pay a penalty under section 45. > > **s 25A:** Ins 2022 No 63, Sch 2\[5\].
