#### 25 Grounds of objection—first home owner grant 25 Grounds of objection—first home owner grant > > (1) A person who is an applicant or former applicant for a first home owner grant who is dissatisfied with any of the following decisions of the Chief Commissioner may make an objection under this Part— > > > > > (a) a decision on the person’s application, including a decision to vary or reverse an earlier decision made independently of an objection under this Act, > > > > > (b) a decision to require the person to repay an amount under section 45, > > > > > (c) a decision to require the person to pay a penalty under section 45. > > > (2) A person who is dissatisfied with a decision of the Chief Commissioner to require the person, instead of a grant recipient, to pay a recoverable amount under section 46A may make an objection under this Part. > > **s 25:** Am 2001 No 25, Sch 1 \[6\]; 2005 No 111, Sch 2 \[6\].
