#### 24J Closure of Fund 24J Closure of Fund > > (1) The Governor may close the Fund by proclamation published on the NSW legislation website. > > > (2) The Governor may make the proclamation only if satisfied that the Minister and the Treasurer support the closure of the Fund. > > > (3) A proclamation under this section must not close the Fund within 2 years after the commencement of this Part. > > > (4) A proclamation under this section may include savings and transitional provisions in relation to the closure of the Fund, including specifying what is to be done with— > > > > > (a) any amount left in the Fund, and > > > > > (b) future amounts that would have been payable to the Fund. > > **s 24J:** Ins 2022 No 63, Sch 2\[2\].
