sec.84 Protection from liability for particular officials
An official is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under the RHBBG direction or home builder direction before the commencement. In this section— official means— the commissioner; or an officer or employee of the department to whom the commissioner has delegated powers under the RHBBG direction or home builder direction. s 84 ins 2020 No. 30 s 4S (sec.84-ssec.1) An official is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under the RHBBG direction or home builder direction before the commencement. (sec.84-ssec.2) In this section— official means— the commissioner; or an officer or employee of the department to whom the commissioner has delegated powers under the RHBBG direction or home builder direction.
