sec.81 Continuing operation of Act for particular eligible transactions with commencement date earlier than 11 October 2012
This section applies in relation to an eligible transaction if the commencement date for the transaction is on or after 12 September 2012 but before 11 October 2012. This Act as in force on 12 September 2012 continues to apply in relation to the eligible transaction as if this Act had not been amended by the Fiscal Repair Amendment Act 2012 , part 3 , division 3 . s 81 ins 2012 No. 25 s 18 (sec.81-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an eligible transaction if the commencement date for the transaction is on or after 12 September 2012 but before 11 October 2012. (sec.81-ssec.2) This Act as in force on 12 September 2012 continues to apply in relation to the eligible transaction as if this Act had not been amended by the Fiscal Repair Amendment Act 2012 , part 3 , division 3 .
