sec.79 Continuing operation of Act for eligible transactions with commencement date before 12 September 2012
This section applies in relation to an eligible transaction if the commencement date for the transaction is a date before 12 September 2012. This Act continues to apply in relation to the eligible transaction as if this Act had not been amended by the Fiscal Repair Amendment Act 2012 , part 3, division 2. s 79 ins 2012 No. 25 s 13 (retro) (sec.79-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an eligible transaction if the commencement date for the transaction is a date before 12 September 2012. (sec.79-ssec.2) This Act continues to apply in relation to the eligible transaction as if this Act had not been amended by the Fiscal Repair Amendment Act 2012 , part 3, division 2.
