sec.65 Delegations
The commissioner may delegate the commissioner’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified officer or employee of the department. In addition, the commissioner may delegate the commissioner’s powers under part 4 in relation to a first home owner grant to the authority responsible for administering a corresponding law or an appropriately qualified officer or employee of the authority. s 65 amd 2020 No. 30 s 4N (sec.65-ssec.1) The commissioner may delegate the commissioner’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified officer or employee of the department. (sec.65-ssec.2) In addition, the commissioner may delegate the commissioner’s powers under part 4 in relation to a first home owner grant to the authority responsible for administering a corresponding law or an appropriately qualified officer or employee of the authority.
