sec.59 Right of review by QCAT
An objector who is dissatisfied with the commissioner’s decision on the objection may apply, within 60 days after the objector receives notice of the commissioner’s decision on the objection and as otherwise provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision. s 59 sub 2009 No. 24 s 1862
