sec.57 Deciding objection
After considering the objection, the commissioner may— confirm the decision; or set aside the decision and substitute another decision. If the decision the subject of the objection was made by a delegate of the commissioner, the delegate must not decide the objection. (sec.57-ssec.1) After considering the objection, the commissioner may— confirm the decision; or set aside the decision and substitute another decision. (sec.57-ssec.2) If the decision the subject of the objection was made by a delegate of the commissioner, the delegate must not decide the objection.
