sec.50 Effect of writing off liability
If all or part of an applicant’s liability under section 48 , including the applicant’s liability to pay costs ordered by a court or QCAT, is written off under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 21 , the writing off does not extinguish the applicant’s liability or prevent a later proceeding against the applicant to recover the amount of the liability. s 50 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 ; 2009 No. 24 s 1859
