sec.31 Commissioner may carry out investigations under corresponding laws

If asked by an authority responsible for administering a corresponding law, the commissioner may carry out an authorised investigation, to the extent it relates to a first home owner grant, for the corresponding law. s 31 amd 2020 No. 30 s 4L
