sec.25T Payment of grant
A home builder grant authorised by the commissioner must be paid— to the applicant for the grant; and in the way stated in the home builder direction. s 25T ins 2020 No. 30 s 4J
- (a) to the applicant for the grant; and
- (b) in the way stated in the home builder direction.
