sec.25S Amount of grant
The amount of a home builder grant is— if the contract for the eligible home builder transaction is made between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive—$25,000; or if the contract for the eligible home builder transaction is made between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021, both dates inclusive—$15,000. s 25S ins 2020 No. 30 s 4J sub 2022 No. 14 s 21 (retro)
- (a) if the contract for the eligible home builder transaction is made between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive—$25,000; or
