sec.25J Amount of grant
The amount of a regional home building boost grant is the lesser of the following— the consideration for the eligible RHBBG transaction less the amount of a first home owner grant paid to the applicant in relation to the eligible RHBBG transaction; $5,000. s 25J ins 2020 No. 30 s 4J
