sec.25H Application for grant and when grant is payable
A person who is eligible to apply for a regional home building boost grant under the RHBBG direction may apply for the grant. An application for a regional home building boost grant must comply with the RHBBG direction. An applicant for a regional home building boost grant is entitled to be paid the grant if— the applicant, or if there are 2 or more of them, each of the applicants, complies with the eligibility criteria for the grant under the RHBBG direction; and the transaction for which the grant is sought— is an eligible RHBBG transaction; and has been completed within the meaning of the RHBBG direction. Only 1 regional home building boost grant is payable for the same eligible RHBBG transaction. s 25H ins 2020 No. 30 s 4J (sec.25H-ssec.1) A person who is eligible to apply for a regional home building boost grant under the RHBBG direction may apply for the grant. (sec.25H-ssec.2) An application for a regional home building boost grant must comply with the RHBBG direction. (sec.25H-ssec.3) An applicant for a regional home building boost grant is entitled to be paid the grant if— the applicant, or if there are 2 or more of them, each of the applicants, complies with the eligibility criteria for the grant under the RHBBG direction; and the transaction for which the grant is sought— is an eligible RHBBG transaction; and has been completed within the meaning of the RHBBG direction. See also section 25I (2) . (sec.25H-ssec.4) Only 1 regional home building boost grant is payable for the same eligible RHBBG transaction.
- (a) the applicant, or if there are 2 or more of them, each of the applicants, complies with the eligibility criteria for the grant under the RHBBG direction; and
