35 Identity cards (1) An identity card issued to a person under the Taxation Administration Act 1999, section 80 (1) may state that the person is an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act. Note Section 80 (1) requires an identity card to be issued to each authorised person. (2) This section is additional to, and does not limit, the Taxation Administration Act 1999, section 80.
