Part 10—Reviews by Tribunal 91—Reviewable decision For the purposes of section 47(1)(h) of the Act, the following decisions of the Registrar are reviewable: (a) a decision to refuse to recognise a firearms club, commercial range operator or paint‑ball operator or to revoke such recognition; (b) a decision to refuse to approve the grounds or range of a recognised firearms club, recognised commercial range operator or recognised paint‑ball operator or to revoke such approval; (c) a decision to impose conditions on an approval of the grounds or range of a recognised firearms club, recognised commercial range operator or recognised paint‑ball operator or to revoke or vary such conditions.
