#### 56 Exemption relating to probationary pistol licences 56 Exemption relating to probationary pistol licences > Section 16A of the Act does not apply in relation to a person who— > > > (a) has applied for a category H (sport/target shooting) licence, and > > > (b) is the holder of a minor’s target pistol permit (as referred to in section 32 (4) of the Act) at the time of applying for the licence, and > > > (c) has held the permit for a period of at least 12 months.
