#### 48 Requirement to check stock on arrival 48 Requirement to check stock on arrival > A licensed firearms dealer must, if the dealer has ordered a supply of firearms to be sent to the dealer— > > > (a) check whether all of the firearms have been delivered to the dealer, and > > > (b) if any firearms are missing from the delivery—notify the Commissioner within 24 hours after the delivery. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
