#### 25 Conditions of permit 25 Conditions of permit > > (1) A permit is subject— > > > > > (a) to such conditions as the Commissioner thinks fit to impose and as are specified in the permit, and > > > > > (b) to such conditions as may be specified in this Regulation in relation to the permit. > > > (2) A permit is subject to such conditions concerning the safe storage of the firearm to which the permit relates as may be determined by the Commissioner. > > > (3) All permits are subject to the condition that they cannot be transferred to another person. > > > (4) The holder of a permit must comply with any conditions to which the permit is subject. > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
