137 Definitions
In this Part—
participating dealer means a licensed firearms dealer who is designated for the time being by the Commissioner as a participating dealer for the purposes of this Part, as notified on the website of the NSW Police Force.
possession restrictions of the Act means any provision of the Act or this Regulation that would operate to make a person’s possession of a firearm or related article unlawful.
related article means a firearm part or ammunition.
supply restrictions of the Act means sections 36, 62 and 66 of the Act to the extent that they relate to the supply of a firearm.
surrender of a firearm or related article means the surrender of the firearm or related article to the Commissioner on behalf of the State.
