#### 137 Definitions 137 Definitions > In this Part— > > participating dealer means a licensed firearms dealer who is designated for the time being by the Commissioner as a participating dealer for the purposes of this Part, as notified on the website of the NSW Police Force. > > possession restrictions of the Act means any provision of the Act or this Regulation that would operate to make a person’s possession of a firearm or related article unlawful. > > related article means a firearm part or ammunition. > > supply restrictions of the Act means sections 36, 62 and 66 of the Act to the extent that they relate to the supply of a firearm. > > surrender of a firearm or related article means the surrender of the firearm or related article to the Commissioner on behalf of the State. > > **cl 137:** Am 2018 (352), Sch 1 \[1\] \[2\]; 2021 (314), Sch 1\[26\] \[27\].
