94 Commissioner may require firearm to be lodged (1) Where the Commissioner refuses to grant a permit or certificate of registration, the Commissioner may direct the applicant to lodge a firearm to which the application relates with the Commissioner or the holder of a firearms dealer licence for the period specified by the Commissioner. (2) A person to whom a direction is given under subsection (1) must not contravene the direction.
