84 Discharge of firearm causing danger (1) A person must not discharge a firearm to endanger, annoy or frighten, or in a manner that is likely to endanger, annoy or frighten, the public or a person. 4 years. subsection (1) for the defendant to prove that he or she had a lawful excuse for discharging the firearm in the circumstances.
