74 Alteration of identification marks (1) A person must not alter an identifying serial number on a firearm without approval. (2) A person must not knowingly possess a firearm the serial number of which has been altered in contravention of subsection (1). (3) A person must not deface or remove an identifying serial number on a firearm without approval. (4) A person must not possess a firearm the serial number of which has been defaced or removed in contravention of subsection (3).
