59 Firearms to be registered (1) A person, other than the holder of a firearms dealer licence, must not sell, purchase, possess or use a firearm that is not registered. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if: (a) the person possesses or uses a paintball firearm for playing paintball at an approved paintball range; and
